NORTH HELPLINE BENEFIT CONCERT

SINE NOMINE
November 16, 2008 — 7:30pm — Trinity Episcopal Church, Seattle
Cannon directs the inaugural performance of Sine Nomine, a Renaissance choir under the auspices of the Early Music Guild. Repertoire combines late sixteenth-century English madrigals with sacred music by William Byrd. For more information see www.earlymusicguild.org.

VASHON ISLAND CHORALE
December 6, 2008 — 7:30pm — Bethel Evangelical Free Church, Vashon Island
December 7, 2008 — 3:00pm — Bethel Evangelical Free Church, Vashon Island
Cannon will conduct the Vashon Island Chorale in their annual Yuletide concert. Repertoire includes Christmas Day by Holst, Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Vaughan Williams, A Christmas Garland by Conrad Susa, and other English and American carol settings.  For more information see www.vashonislandchorale.org.

CASCADIAN CHORALE
December 13, 2008 — 7:30pm — St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Bellevue

Cannon will conduct the Cascadian Chorale in a program of French Christmas music. Repertoire includes Charpentier's Messe de Minuit pour Noël, Poulenc's Quatre motets pour le temps de Noël, carol settings by Jehan Alain, and other French holiday favorites. CASCADIAN CHORALE
June 6, 2009 — 7:30pm — St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Bellevue
Cannon will conduct the Cascadian Chorale in "The Animal Kingdom". Repertoire includes light-hearted music about animals from the Renaissance through more recent times, including Victorian and Haydn partsongs. Three works by Seattle-area composers are featured, including Eric Lane Barnes's complete Lambscapes. For more information see www.cascadianchorale.org.
